It's always a great surprise to see that someone took the time to labor over my pencilled work so thank you very much for that honor. I'm also pleased to see that you tackled this beast with traditional media.
As for your work on the piece itself it's obvious on first glance that you have a good level of control of your chosen media. The only thing that sticks out for me is the fact that everything in the piece has a heavy lineweight around it.
Take a look at the elements as seperate planes if you will. The two decayed fellows in the extreme foreground are fine, nice thick linework and good rendering. The cheerleader is our middle ground. Yes, she is the focus of the shot but the zombie horde in the background behind her is just as thick and dark if not more so than she is.
This leads to her having to compete with them for visual punch. Just a little lighter touch on those background zombies and this piece will sing.
Groovy work all around and your rendering and interpretation of my pencils is nicely done. Thank you once again for taking the ink to this piece, it is a favorite of mine and it is always cool to see how others work off my stuff.
